About me
Since early in my life, I discovered my passion in working with people. I find it a profound and precious experience connecting with others at a deeper level. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and everyone has different strengths, weaknesses and needs. Each encounter reveals endless possibilities and what lies in the possibilities is hope.

My experience
Since completing my clinical training in 2010, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings in Hong Kong and the UK. During this time, I have gained extensive experience working with individuals across various age groups, including children, young people, working-age adults, older adults, and their families.
I used to serve as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at a mental health hospital within the NHS. Currently I work full time in private practice. Having grown up in an Asian culture and later moved to the UK, I have developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and understand the importance of providing culturally sensitive therapy. As an English and Chinese-speaking psychologist, I am able to work with clients in the language they feel most comfortable with.
With a solid foundation of knowledge and skills, I aim to understand your struggles and offer a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs, regardless of your background. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
-
Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing (EMDR)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
